About Us

The Origin and Vision of GYS

Our youth mentoring organization was founded with the vision of empowering young people to reach their full potential. It all started when a group of passionate individuals, recognizing the challenges faced by many youth around the world—such as lack of guidance, mentorship, parenting skills and opportunities—came together to create a supportive environment where young people could thrive.

The idea originated from personal experiences and a shared desire to make a tangible difference. Our visionary, Kema Dwarka saw firsthand how mentorship has positively impacted the lives of many youths and wanted to extend that opportunity to others around the globe. After several discussions and brainstorming sessions, it was decided to form an organization that would provide positive role models and guidance to young people, helping them navigate life challenges, academic struggles, and career decisions.

The GYS has a team of passionate and committed individuals ranging from ages 14 to 80. From its humble beginnings, our organization has continuously evolved to meet the changing needs of youth, striving to create an impactful, and sustainable mentoring experience for all involved.
